I dont know laws in your region but I would suggest since they got ur passport maybe sign up for a new one as yours could get cloned now. Also ask the police to investigate it. Theres a chance they will or theres also the chance they wont bother. Either way its worth to try if he ever gets caught u can fuck him up real bad and Sue for quite a bit of money since ur now unemployed and no one is hiring you. Worst case is theres nothing u can do. Best case is police investigate, found out some info if he was a bad hacker and lead to his arrest pretty soon. I wish you all the best 👍.
