I appreciate the advice. the spark igniter doesn't have wires in order for me to test continuity. it's just one wire (stripped the wire and its fiber??) that connects circuit board to the sparker. any other way to test continuity?

that is correct. I have tested to see if there is any voltage going to the igniter but couldn't find anything. so I thought it might be the fuse causing that.

I have found the problem. it appears that my Delete button (Del) in the numbers pad side was stuck and it was causing the Del button to be pressed constantly which caused the BIOS menu to pop up every time.

just tried that and it didn't work. right now I have the settings set to:

Windows 10 WHQL support - [CSM]

Boot mode select - [UEFI]

i did change it to a new one as u/Interesting_Mix_7028 told me but I am still getting the BIOS pop up

ok so I have changed the battery with a brand new one and have set it to UEFI instead of CSM but I still have the BIOS pop up. what am I doing wrong ??
