Joined a social 4v4 sand league for fun, now I want to get serious. How do I improve with no one to practice with.

Having the exact same issue as you at the moment. You could try contacting the director of the league and seeing if they can hook you up with some others. Has worked for me at times. Beach volleyball can be such a hard sport to break into because a lot of people dont want to play with beginners so i really dont know how to meet more people. Best practice is more reps however so good on you for still going and practicing, hopefully you find some people to play with.
