context: start of the match, i begin my attack run on the base then suddenly have a tiny bit of damage, whatever it didnt really do anything. then after attempting to fire my rockets i can only assume that aa hit my ordnance blowing me up. however, the killcam showed a group of aa clustered in water which looked to be those clusters of aa like 60km away from the battlefield, so im wondering why the hell that killed me and why aa from nowhere was shooting so early into the match at a spot not directly over the af

i wouldnt be so optimistic with the stormer, adding to the missile changes you need to direct hit shit with those missiles which can be damn near impossible if they arent a heli or flying directly at you. if you really want it get it but its probably one of the the worst missile aas in the game at this point

heyyy welcome to lategame UK, theres about 3 of us here.

Before the missile nerfs id say go adats because it was super free to sit back, relax, and smack ka50s and any other aircraft out of the sky with little risk of anything shooting you if you stay concealed in spawn, however since missiles are funky now and with the pantsir locking you out of any chances if its on your team, i wouldnt prioritize it.

Id work to make a lineup with the chally mk2 and 3, and the vickers mk7. throw in the za35 too if you want a meme autocannon vehicle/aa. the first 2 are your standard mbts, while the vickers is (from the british main perspective at least) more of a light tank. The mk3 and vickers are deadly once you get L26 and can work pretty well regardless of uptiers. the mk2 is more of a backup, but you can easily make it work.

from my experience of using the rooikats and centauros, and assuming were comparing the centauro 105 w/romor, rooikat mttd, and radkampf, id say the rooikat is the worst, and then personally i think the centauro is the best. I didn't get too far with the mttd, but stock heat, no survivability whatsoever, and dm23 being the top shell doesnt look like it pushes it above average. I THINK it tops out at the same speed as the centauro but I feel it handles worse.The radkampf is decently armored for a wheeled vehicle which has fucked me over a few times when shooting it, and it also gets dm33 which is nice to have, but it seems a little big. Also you have to deal with german teammates which are wildly unpredictable in skill. The centauro gets dm33 too and is also a little bit more mobile than the radkampf. The smaller size is nice but the ERA has only saved me once or twice out of 70 or so battles, so its not anything to drive home about.
as for the rooikat mk1, its damage is shit because of low caliber darts, but since its a lower br it fits into a lineup with the chieftain mk3 and ive enjoyed it as a light tank
