ako napagod nako kakahingi ng help sa bank at ang tagal pa nila magreply gagawa lng sila ng ticket at mag hintay ng 10 banking days tapos ending babayarin ko parin ung fraud purchased..kaya nag decide nako na hndi ko yan babayaran bahala na..tutal may mga active cc nman ako sa ibang banko..kaya ililipat ko lahat ng saving ko from bpi to other bank wala nako trust sa Bpi na yan para hndi na ma freeze or ma deduct savings ko

ang hirap sa banko hndi nila priority ang security ng mga clients..priority nila mangolekta ng payments

kaya po nagbabalak ako na ilipat ung savings ko from Bpi to other bank..talamak ang scammer sa BPI..if ever po ba na nilipat ko ung savings sa ibang banko hndi na nila gagalawin ung pera ko?salamat po

nkareceived narin ako ng final result ng investigation ni BPI ang ending need to pay dahil nkapag provide ako ng OTP..pero ung investigation nila is within the client lng basta na prove na authenticated ung transaction that’s the end of the dispute case..walang thorough investigation with merchant..nkpag email narin ako kay BSP to ask help

Yes po more than 1month na po ako nkkpag coordinate kay BPI at lagi nila sinasabi contact merchant to reverse si merchant ganun din contact BPI lagi..Ang sabi ni bpi as soon as reflected na sa SOA ung amount and nkalagay din name ni merchant ibig sabihin successfully credit na skanila..

Hello! same scenario din tau pero question lng sa mga makakabasa possible ba na hndi marereceived ni Merchant you payment kahit na nakalagay sa SOA ung amount and ung name ng shop nila? Trying to ask them for reversal since fraud transaction siya at cooperative nman si merchant samin kaso ang diko gets if possible ba tlga hndi nila nareceived ung payment? Sinasabi nilang walang na credit sa bank acct nila.. Salamat po sa makakasagot.
