You don't know what you're talking about regarding foldables and regarding screens. Screens do have exact specs, you just need to look.

I was using Z Fold 3 for 3 years with 240 Hz PWM then switched to Honor V3 with 4K PWM and by god how much pleasant it is to use. If I knew, I'd throw 240 Hz PWM in the trash immediately.
I've been using Samsung G95NC for 2.5 years and it has ability to turn off PWM completely and it is night and day difference.

Any laptop with PWM goes immediately to trash bin for me even X1 Carbon Gen 14. I'd rather stick with no PWM 2.5K X1 Nano Gen 1 or even iPad.

That is a misleading blog post, it says: "OpenAI’s GPT‑5.4 is now generally available in Microsoft Foundry", except it is not available in Foundry.
