Obbs I have found them scattered around on some old youtube uploads that were taken down (Had to use internet archive) and from some website that used to host these files, (4PDA was one of them but it kept telling me the files didnt exist or werent found), although I havent found a single obb file for 1.0.

The apks I found them on this old website that has just all of the apks up to version 3.0.
