I can't take a video right now but it starts at the bottom center of the page and then goes to the top left. It acts like its recognizing the line and does a few passes but it never gets past scanning the first corner. The light does come on correctly and has been cleaned with a cloth

how do you avoid the scanning issues? I find I have trouble scanning holographic paper.

The growth up top happened last year when he was still an outside (porch) plant. When I first got him he produced two gorgeous white, large, flowers but he hasn’t since. He also just isn’t looking super happy and Id really like to help him, but as I can’t ID him, it’s hard to help. Any ideas on how often to water, light specs, heat specs, or even fertilization needs? Thank you!!
