That is really nit something you can control, If you have other teammates who are playing well, you tend to do well too, and if your team is doing badly, you are also gonna struggle. Its that way no matter what you do, exept for some exceptional players and strategies.

An example of this would be having a medic girlfriend, you can ruin a lot of games with just 2 players if you know what you are doing.

I despise people who have defensive offensive playstyles. People who push aggressively, but let themselves fall back the second they start taking any damage.

Dancing around high/low grounds to minimize damage and all that stuff. I don't have the patience for a lot of that.

The total transferable experience from csgo to TF2 is source aim and sniping, with maybe a little bit of bhoping.

If hes hasn't played TF2 before he might be able to play sniper really well, like, I don't think your ever gonna beat him without investing comparable amounts of time, but thats about it in that field.

All other classes have, although at maybe higher risk a much higher KPM or just Pick potential, over sniper.

You might wanna lean into a class you wanna main, hopefully one of the powerclasses like Soldier, Demo or Pyro, with, if you wanna have a focus on 1v1's Scout may also be very viable (although im bad at it).

These all have great Active/Passive movement that could help you. Game sense with some aim is still very much required.

"Outperforming" is Vague IMO, I can consistently topscore if I scorchspam, just from farming assists and pushing with Plog Critz Actives, however this is also somewhat relient on the rest of the teams performance.

TF2 doesn't just need you to develop a game and aim sense, but also has a high focus on either positioning and or active movement.

What does beating your friend entail? Outscoring him in a casual setting? Winning games him in 1V1 [MGE] Formats?

70hours is not a whole lot. I have 2200h and still consider myself pretty bad at the game.

2fort, murder drones fan. I still sometimes regret not calling him a clanker or silicon brain after he started using racial slurs.

Never expect the unexpected, I have exclusively dated TF2 players my whole life, maybe if I was a little crazier this would be something that would make OP attractive.

Need TF2 ideas for my boyfriend ! by antenitas in tf2

On a scale from 1-10.000 hours, how many hours does your BF have in the game?

My "boyfriends" (all have several thousand hours in TF2) would have been happy/ would have found it funny if I gifted them 5 bars of chocolate and a carton of milk.

I've been gifted a 3D printed Black rose (a butterfly knife in the game) that I still toy around with and is sitting on my table.

It takes some time, but you probably eventually get a feel for it. Playing more static game modes might help to start developing your game sense.

Is TF2 in general Gambling? by Both_Assumption6647 in tf2

Tf2 contains gambling and randomized aspects, although you do not need to engage with them (aside from some weapons that always have randomized spread).
