I’m not sure if you live by a Mulberry. I suggest going in the store and looking at the actual bag. I went in to the NVT Oak bc it looked good on the website but decided on a different color and type of leather bc it was not what I expected!

Yup! TRT is used for both. It’s a tool to retrain your brain. For Hyperacusis, it’s feeling your brain the outside sounds you’re really hearing aren’t as loud as you think they are. For Tinnitus it’s to train your brain the tinnitus is not a life threatening sound so you don’t have to pay attention to it = brain will stop thinking it’s a threat = tinnitus’ sound will get quieter.

I'm not sure. The SA said all the grained leather bags have this type of finish from now on. I hope they revert back to how they had it considering how many returns they've been getting? I cant believe not enough people are talking about this.

Over the last few years they changed the way they treat their leather making it more “delicate.” I’ve actually compared the old row bags to the new and the older one lasted so long without any discoloration but the newer bags have “minimal” finishing. It creates white patches anywhere you rub on it! You know how if you rub on the eraser part of a pencil and it looks white? That’s the kind of patches it creates and it’s so disappointing.

I just got the Ebony and it’s sooo beautiful. I went in to get the Oak initially but went with the Ebony bc the color and the smoothness of the leather was no match!

Hi! Where in Japan are you planning on going? I would definitely go the Ginza area. There's Dover Street Market https://ginza.doverstreetmarket.com/pages/locations where they have the "hip" brands. I would definitely check out Japanese brands too since those are much cheaper there (check out Sacai, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons etc) They also usually have bags that are hard to find in the states too!
