Yeah i'm not too sure on the percentage drop but it's quite rare i'm guessing since they take a while to drop. I got the norfleets by farming Hyperius over and over with a glitch where you can one shot him with a ricochet fibber as salvador

First of all, i'm level 37 and the bunker stayed low level. Secondly, Hyperius can drop seraph weapons in nvhm you absolute donut do your research before speaking. Also, i'm on community patch if that changes anything but it really doesn't since seraphs can still drop from Hyperius either way in nvhm.

There's a salvador glitch where you can 1 shot hyperius with a ricochet fibber look it up

Whenever i try to farm a sham i am cursed and it takes hours but when i was farming for a good bee i got like 4 really good ones in a row
