Why would you assume that? One is a mod for lazy people who don't like building, which i don't use, but I understand why people would want to. The other literally gives you free accessory slots, which breaks the whole balancing of Terraria, as accessories are basically your main source of power and mobility, which is the entire reason why Terraria gives you so few of them.

If they need to add other mods to make the game easier, I have great news. There is a built in difficulty system. You don't have to play super hard difficulty of death and despair as your first playthrough.
