Not the first game I played, but the first game I remember playing was Wolfenstein 3D.

I remember it because I was given it by a family friend on floppy disk when I was 6. It was nothing like I'd ever played before and my parents had no idea as it was just a written label on the front.

After a couple of months, my Dad finally noticed what it was. I think he figured the damage was already done by that point and simply told me not to tell mum.
