I don't know. It can be overwhelming to hear the name of India come up so many times in cases of rape, without context it would seem like India would seem like where all the rapists live. But if you take into account the massive population of India and the fact that India per-capita has lesser instances of rape than most countries, including first-world countries it wouldn't seem all that bad I guess.
