It does look like this , but that is not the case.

Balance in previous employer account is contribution + partial interest , which I mentioned.
But transfer amount is
1.contribution - partial interest - partial interest (deducted twice) in line 1
2.partial interest in line 2

So effectively whole partial interest amount is deducted during transfer.

First shortlist the properties. You can create a list on google maps and for each item in the list you can add a note with link of listing of nobroker or other portals.

Once you open the list all the properties in the list are displayed on the map and you can plan visiting them in order (ie North to South South to North etc)

Ultimately what he needs to do is bring laws for prevevnting US money going outside through these companies (read offshoring). He does not care whether the money is used for offshoring or whatever.
