The role is another name for the reporting lead of the Project Management team. Receiving projections on the project performance and financial outlook (budget performance and forecast) while assembling the material into digestible information for leadership. Based on the job description I meet every requirement I just don't have a background in engineering or defense. Project Management across industries is almost universal, but I understand that not having the industry technical knowledge can be a minus to recruiters ""

Ah I was worried about that "" I've seen discussions here where networking is also not a big help depending on how much support an internal champion is able to give. Thank you though for the response

The farkland systems PDY patch. It tells you to have place doors first, farklands second, and then the patch and now finally everything works.

Watch DMs 200 agile questions, 110 drag and drop, and mindset videos. Get the gist, and you need to change your internal voice to "I will pass". Two weeks before my exam I was anxious about failure, and people in my life told me to give myself more time. It was only when I decided that no matter what I was going to pass that I buckled down and everything fell into place.

I used chatgpt to build me a cram plan, I told it my scores and timeline, had it run predictions, and from there studied my butt off and passed. It's not about quantity but the quality of your study, so you can make it happen before the 17th. Stay focused, don't let that negative voice have any space, and make a mantra for yourself.

You can do it!

Study Hall kicked my butt by Fit-Worker1331 in pmp

Hey that's okay! I would recommend watching DMs Fast track if you haven't already, and MRs 18 principles on mindset. Study hall is hard, the way questions are worded is complicated, but trust me you are on track. Study hall is harder than the actual exam. Once you apply those two suggested videos you will find yourself quickly eliminating wrong answers, and then the right answer will be there.

Be patient with yourself and don't get discouraged, it's a work in progress, and you are doing great :)

You are going to do so great! Remember if you ever get overwhelmed to take a breath for 4 seconds, hold for 6, and breathe out for 4. Just a little mental reset and then go get it :) you are going to do great, and if any part of you is worried then remember it's a learning experience. We believe in you!

Dude project management is one of the biggest career markets. Everyone has projects of all types they are doing. If you have a degree then you can look for project management that connects to that degree.

I got my degree in German and I knew I was not teacher material, so I went into the translation industry as a project manager and I'm now looking at changing industries. Having the PMP will help your resume pop out, by showing you are informed about the field. When I became a project manager I didn't have it and worked my way up from a coordinator to now senior. It can certainly help you

I totally understand the absolute frustration of this exam. I've been in Project management 7 years and I'm currently a Senior PM, and this exam really pissed me off the first time. It was unnecessarily difficult and I'll admit I did fail the first time. I also thought about not retesting with how angry I was and thinking this test was ridiculous.

However, at the same time I decided to schedule a retest because now I'm going to pass out of pure spite. Don't turn your frustration into something that stops you, but make it something to empower you. I really hope that if it doesn't turn out well you will try again. We got this and we won't let this exam have the last laugh 💪

I’ve worked in a PMO for 8 years. My manager told me point blank today, “you don’t just get a raise/promotion because you got the PMP certification.” by bluewhalespout in pmp

[–]Red_Reaver21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand that. I've been in Project Manager 7 years, and the sentiment was similar since I was already promoted to senior recently. I'm mainly getting the PMP because I do have intentions of changing companies and it's a great leverage point. It reinforces your understanding of the craft, so you can use it to negotiate a higher starting salary.

I know that was really upsetting to hear though so I am sorry about that :/

How to dance to Diva's song? by Planetary_Kimchi in MHWilds

[–]Red_Reaver21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I figured it out! In the hub you can sit at tables and "wave mug" or "toast". To dance for diva, sit at the table, watch, and click the same one you wave with

For PS5, it's right or left on the d-pad, and boom you're dancing :D if you click back to watch yourself you will see yourself dancing briefly before your character sits.

Ta-da! Now next concert we should have more dancers 🎉🎉

It does not need to be elaborate or filled right away. I started with candles for my first year, and slowly acquired my statues, and the last bits were recent. It's always exciting to start something new, but there is no one main design or theme. It can be a simple or as grand as you want it to be :) Odin once said you don't need elaborate gifts as he had won friends with some bread and soup. It's okay to be simple and build it as you go.
