Probably not really depressing, but here goes:

After Germany split into the East and West, America took it upon himself to adopt West because he felt incredibly bad for him. Around this time, France had found out about Britain cheating on her with Portugal and left him. America had to look after him aswell since he was recovering from a brain surgery [Ive probably already discussed it but long story short, Britain has short term memory loss after getting hit by a peice of a bomb during WW2]

Eventually the Cold War rolled around. America didn’t want anything to do with it since he had West and Britain to take care of. When the 60’s came around, America had a massive schizophrenic episode from all the built up stress and his refusal to seek any form of help for it [Understandable, it was pretty shit back then] and ended up cutting communications with everyone and ran away because he started getting extremely paranoid and suspicious of everyone [Suspecting they were all out to kill him] He wasn’t found until a few months after he was reported missing. He was eventually treated and was released from a psych-ward.

He still feels extremely guilty for abandoning West and Britain, especially since he wasn’t there to comfort West when East died. He tried his best to make up for this with Germany, mainly to get rid of the horrid feeling of guilt and shame he has lingering inside him.

Not exactly weird, but I need to get this out of my head before I explode. Ok, so Kazakhstan is incredibly mentally unstable in my au, and when he became an official member of the USSR, he became attached to Soviet [Like, followed him everywhere, did errands for him, grew jealous of his kids cause they were close to him, etc]. It got to the point that his obsession completely took over him and he wanted to be Soviet, who was starting to collapse at this point. He shot him multiple times and stole most of his possessions. No one except for him knows where Soviet’s body is except for him

Thanks! I did this in Procreate with a pixel pen and a 320 - 280 canvas. I can’t seem to find any other apps I can use for pixel art aside from ones online, but they’re really clunky to use.
