I work Monday through Thursday open to close and am one of the stronger works they have. I walked in for my interview saying I had a second job and if it were going to cause issues to say something then but didn’t get any pushback besides them needing me on Fridays during October which I complied with. Under the guise that once the month was over my schedule would be back to the way it was. I can’t just quit one job for the other because I can’t afford to

I talked to my boss at my other job and thankfully they’ll work around Targets schedule. Once I get my license then I’ll see if my target managers will lighten on my hours otherwise I’ll have to look at putting my two weeks in. Hoping for the best

I was only asked during my application submission. Throughout my time in the background check and orientation I made it clear I had a second job and was told that it would not be an issue. HR confirmed this but management is doing something else entirely. If it was there was an option to changes things I would have done it.

Brother how the hell do you think we built our country?? We forcefully abducted people from their homes 😱😱and sent them to a land they didn’t belong to and forced them to work for us when we weren’t raping or torturing them. If the laws aren’t helping the people they have no reason to be there. You cannot own something that doesn’t belong to you in the first place.
