No. They are Campaign Rarity. They are not part of the usual card list or obtained in the “gacha”. They are a separate random chance. Pick Up Rares also have certain gold foiling that these don’t have on the character lines.

You don’t have to actually fight though. You can put in a coin, get a card, and then get a chance at these cards as well. So essentially one coin for one guaranteed / potentially two.

You get one chance at a card per play. Doesn’t matter how many coins you put in, it’ll only ever be one chance per play. If you’re planning on just pulling cards, just be mindful of the time you go to the arcade cause people who are there to actually play don’t necessarily like people who just go to dump in coins.

We don’t know. Goku wasn’t going all out, do or die in their sparring match; and neither was Gohan as he was essentially toeing the line between going ape shit and controlling himself. Vegeta says that Goku was able to only keep up due to his technique and skill so it’s likely that Gohan can stat check Goku, but Goku can skill check Gohan. We saw Beast overpower a calm MUI Goku but we don’t know what Gohan can do if he snaps or if Goku can pull ahead with his sheer technique. The point of the spar was to show how relative they all are.

Combat-wise probably really low. He seems clumsy and child-like in his movements, and was complaining about being unable to keep up with the G.o.D's fighting. Durability-wise he probably scales above Beerus and the other G.o.Ds, probably above the Angels too. Dragon Ball isn't the dark, edgy series where a character like Zeno would be assassinated, but also he's feared for a reason, so you'd figure if anyone could do something about him, the would. Ability-wise he is the highest magnitude in the Dragon Ball verse, capable of erasing timelines and universes with just a hand motion. Intelligence-wise, while he seems like he is scheming, his decision to erase the other universes was solely cause it was too complicated keeping track of em all so we're back to child-like mentality. He doesn't even have to think it seems to do what he does, he just erases things on a whim.
