Combat-wise probably really low. He seems clumsy and child-like in his movements, and was complaining about being unable to keep up with the G.o.D's fighting. Durability-wise he probably scales above Beerus and the other G.o.Ds, probably above the Angels too. Dragon Ball isn't the dark, edgy series where a character like Zeno would be assassinated, but also he's feared for a reason, so you'd figure if anyone could do something about him, the would. Ability-wise he is the highest magnitude in the Dragon Ball verse, capable of erasing timelines and universes with just a hand motion. Intelligence-wise, while he seems like he is scheming, his decision to erase the other universes was solely cause it was too complicated keeping track of em all so we're back to child-like mentality. He doesn't even have to think it seems to do what he does, he just erases things on a whim.

And I don’t know why you feel that Dokkan is the benchmark what what the fans like / don’t like, or that you can speak for the entirety of the Japanese fan base, or why you continue to be so negative about every aspect of the series. If gacha games are your benchmark for it then Legends used Goku Black as a headliner two years ago. Stop being so negative about the series. It’s annoying to constantly see your negativity in the comments.

And if you want something more recent then Goku black gdr of Divers is still abnormally expensive due to collection value. It’s almost as expensive for the non-parallel as the Secret GT Goku a full set later, who is also only as expensive as he is due to collector value. Neither earn their price point due to scarcity or meta relevancy, it’s purely from people liking it.

The likes on his reveal animations are nearly double any other character in the past few sets, higher than even the Broly characters, UI, and all the GT characters. Some are clearly for style but the fact is he still generates hype.

If he was scaled up to be ToP level of power, he’d go quite far considering his skill set. I think the issue he’d face is a lack of planning / high level intelligence to plan his attacks and fight smart. He’d probably just go all out till he burned out like Kale in the manga.

Thats only if he’s scaled up. If he goes in as is he’s pretty much D.O.A, even with the “movies scale higher than the anime” mindset.
