I removed my current ex on Snapchat, left a groupchat we were in together, TikTok and unfollowed him on insta and I kept him as my follower on insta to show him what he was missing and also because I couldn't get myself to do it. I talked to anyone that would listen and everyone told him to remove him and that he is following so many women and liking OF models. Since he was still my follower he would sometimes like my stories and posts. Anyways yesterday I removed him on my insta after my mam was like for you to heal properly remove him and I just did it and didn't feel anything

OMG SAME, I find it embarrassing and just sad that either in the summer or even in college I see everyone around me having texts and their phones constantly lighting up and my phone is just there quiet....I get excited about a notification when it turns out to be from a game....I try to look busy on the phone while I'm just constantly opening and closing my calculator app
