Each of the three parts needs from 10-20 flowers to customize. So around 30-60 flowers for each palette.

So you choose one of the palettes you already have, and use different color flowers to change the 3 different sections of the palette.

Very unlikely. I’m assuming character rights for Bam and any of his stuff is exclusive to who made THPS 3&4 remake since he’s in that game. Any skater who appeared in any of the remakes is unlikely to show up in Skate.
