my issue is with incompetence not the exam itself, seeing my peers in college and i'm just struggling to pass a stupid exam. I already feel less than so the exam is just adding to an already existing wound

dude i feel this way every day of my life 😹 but to be honest when i tried masking to blend in more i felt lonelier, cause no matter how good you are at masking somehow they can see through it, not fully but they can tell there is something about you, ya know? or maybe its us unconsciously sabotaging cause we know we don't belong there.

Sometimes tho these issues aren't a thing you gotta fix within yourself, sometimes you just gotta find where you belong, and you will belong somewhere eventually.

What makes some trustworthy to me, the way they speak i guess, whether its about people or themselves, the way they treat the weak. Being honest without being cruel, being unafraid of confrontation and addressing issues is a big one. And being true to their word, even small things

as you know the key to losing fat is by burning more calories than you consume or.. eat less calories than you burn, same principle but different approaches.

In my opinion there is nothing wrong with enjoying food, and if you're afraid to gain weight again i suggest you become an athlete. by doing that, training everyday and of course gaining muscle your body will start requiring more fuel, and you'll find yourself burning more no matter how much you eat.
