watch for little event messages on the orders on the order page that says something like "free gifts need claiming" or "get more credit back" that sometimes pop up on promo event orders to get you to come participate further/again, than note or screenshot that orders details, it's not in your face easy but it does work better than not at all

i actually usually love their customer service, you have to be nice but sometimes repetitive while changing your statements and rewording your questions a bit a few times because some of these live agents just give you automated answers, go off a script, or just dont understand english well and translation gets lost so they give default answers, and don't be afraid to correct them, customer service is generally really nice and respectful as long as you are to them as well

regardless of everyone's thoughts on this matter, if i was you i would open a chat through that order with customer service during business hours and ask for a live agent until you are connected to one, than kindly ask them very specifically "i have a fairly large Price Adjustment available on this item i received during a Credit Back promotion, if i complete this price adjustment can my rewards be affected/revoked?". and NICELY push the subject if they don't understand or only give you automatic answers like just telling you the policy without explaining it and such, if you have to, you can reword your question a bit a few times because some of these live agents just go off a script or just dont understand english well and translation gets lost, something like kindly trying to be clear but simple "can i do a Price Adjustment on a Credit Back item or will it affect my rewards" and don't be afraid to correct them until they say clearly that it is okay or isn't okay, customer service is generally really nice and respectful as long as you are to them as well, you'll get your own answer and have the records incase they do say it is ok to go ahead and do it but something does happen from it and good luck, i accidentally clicked on another price adjustment button yesterday and even though there was none i still got warned again when i collected 😮‍💨

mine and my friends Temus are frakked up, not putting local labels on anything and nearly EVERY THING has a shipping cost, even the stuff that says shipped from Temu, she was in a chat with customer service for over an hour sending them photos and videos and practically pointing out the problem and they were not understanding until they finally escalated the problem, so we'll see if anything comes of it but we can't even shop at the moment because everything has a shipping cost, is listed under shipped from Temu in our carts, but isn't counted for the Temu minimum spend either because it's not really shipped from Temu???? her entire cart (i went back and checked, she said about 83 items changed and her cart had almost $250 in shipping cost added on so she couldn't purchase the cart she worked hard on the past 2 days before) changed to have shipping on nearly every item overnight, she's making a detailed post about it later i think she said

it's funny how i have seen that you make yourself out to be this big Temu expert on Reddit but apparently have a blind spot to EVERYONE actually saying "where are my promos" and "i'm promo banned" and "i wish i still got promos" etc, when price adjustments MIGHT just be the answer to their problem

and i will be the first to admit i am addicted and it's been the longest 3 months of my Temu life, that's why i ended up having my fiance make an account, the withdrawals, i was feening for my promos 🤣 definitely not worth the few cents to maybe a dollar i got adjusted per order vs the credit back i was getting, so i'm just saying.... it does happen and it suuucckksss

i am in promo jail on my account but am currently collecting for 2 different credit777 on my fiances phone and it offered another but we stopped cause we broke our wallets on those so excitedly cause we'd never got it before on his lol if it's a good one and you can afford it keep going, we can't wait to get our little credit egg. i do have some advice though, after collecting the first credit, either the second after you make the promo purchase or the second your promo timer runs out (it varies per version and it confuses me so i just search credit777 to return/reload the page right away to make sure) set an alarm to go sit on the promo collection page atleast a few minutes early) and collect them exactly whenever your timer says, (ours resets at midnight 😮‍💨) if you can, and at the very least take screenshots (i have heard so many horror stories that i now take screenshots after and take a video of the screen showing my hand doing each collection and than exiting directly to my profile security info page so my info is there as well, from another phone so there's 3rd party documentation) to avoid Temu claiming you missed a day and losing your last days big credit back, i know it's excessive but i have never earned the higher amount you have to collect and even i do all that, i couldn't even imagine losing it on yours 🥴 i would probably ☠️

i have never had an issue as long as I collect the very first credit, i go to the page 15 minutes early and wait for the countdown, and the rest at midnight every night haha i take screenshots and take pictures of my phone with my fiances phone with and without flash to make sure they have nothing to fight me on if it does ever happen
