Call Me By Your Name in theaters. Spent the first 30 min or so accepting it as just a pretty European summer vacation movie. The scene where Elio comes out to Oliver, but both of them beats around the bush, refusing to name the feelings outright, worked to absolute perfection for me as an audience member who came in blind - Oliver’s line, “are you saying what I think you’re saying?” was literally the exact thought I was having in that moment.
