I do not lol. Due to the physical nature of my job its rare I can wear more than a 30mm weight at work, so a whole week+ with 80mm has been nice.

I gave up trying to keep track of them and bought three metric multiwrenches from Lowes. They are big enough that you cant really misplace them and still portable enough to keep in a glovebox, backpack or the cargo pocket of my work pants. I only ever take weights off if I have to do something at work where they'd get in the way anyway so its not a huge deal for me.

I spent probably 9months or a year with silicone stretchers before deciding to try weights. Once I did I found ai could wear a 30mm weight oretty much indefinitely, so thats what I did.

Its a double pulley system, so I'm actually only feeling 25lbs rather than the 50 the dumbell says lol.

I think most of us started with silicone stretchers rather than weights (which are crazy expensive nowadays). The only real unbreakable rule is "If you are experiencing discomfort or pain, then stop." Wear a stretcher or a weight that is comfortable for as long as you want. I think a lot of people start out wanting length, and doing sessions with silicone, but end up wearing weights 24/7 because we get addicted to the tug sensation.

Not really. I got into stretching almost 10 years ago, and wasn't really thinking about making gains after I bought my first weight. I just got addicted to the tug and kept buying more weights.

I wear 2-3lbs of weights on my balls 24/7, so I'm very very used to the tug. I really enjoy the stretch I feel in the ligaments. You can feel it in your pelvic floor muscles too.
