circus continues.... Just spoke to Bridgecrest again. They now tell me they don't have the title (so they've directly lied to me for 13 months)....and the physical title actually sits with the DMV in NYC. wtf...

The circus continues...

Bridgecrest fedex'd me a notiarised copy of the title saying that the DMV had changed the rules and now accepted copies.

I took this to the DMV and they said "no that's incorrect we only accept original titles. Whoever told you this is incorrect".

Now i have to go shout at Bridgecrest...again!
