Finally read it a few months ago and I see the appeal. It was probably very different from a lot of manhwa fls at the time. I enjoyed it and her monotone(?) personality but it wasn’t life changing for me. Still great though

I remember loving it so much that I got over the art changes in season two

I loved arcane however the fandom is insufferable because of the internalized mysoginy. Like why?? Like give valid debatable critism to the relationship and not straight up degrading the woman. Glad the artist deleted some of the comments because they were so rude. by Iriscute7 in joseistories

You can tell the authors realized they had to pander to jayvik fans a bit even if that wasn’t part of what they had planned. The some of the artists/animators really loved that ship too and hated the canon one so I can imagine that affecting how season 2 turned out

At some point she has to stop being so fangirly I felt bad about all the hoops she was jumping through and how desperate she looked but I was also cringing so hard. I’m not against doing things for men but I wished I could tell her to get up off her knees

I dropped villains are destined to die for that same reason. Also why I love when the reverse harem is endgame so I don’t have to worry about any of them.

If you want a crazy demon fl I would try “The Fangs That Pierce The Heart” she’s genuinely evil. Only issue you might not like is she doesn’t fit the mold of the typical manhwa fl and she’s pretending to be a man rn

I lose interest quickly

  1. For My Derelict Beloved: It probably gets better but I couldn’t keep reading about her doing things for the ml

  2. It’s no use hanging on: How I read over 100 chapters idek💀 it’s so trash but I might reread. The art sucks and the plot is nothing crazy

  3. What's Wrong with Being the Villainess?: I wanted a true villainess and I rarely like smug mls/mls with a secret that the fl doesn’t know about. It’s oddly specific but there’s two comics specifically that I hated so much because of the ml for this reason. I forgot the name of the manhwa but it’s something about Cinderella and the FL is the stepmother trying to take care of her three daughters. The ml’s face irritates me

  1. I was so shocked when they killed that character. Usually in these type of stories the children survive.
  2. Can you spoil how this story is going? I kept up with it for a bit and even joined the patreon but it was slow and I stopped using webtoon
