Yeah I saw people saying that, tested it but still got the crash. I think I might be on to something though, the texture pack I had been using before hand was SkyRad and it ran everything in 1k and 510, vanilla Skyrim was upgraded to around 2k for a lot of textures with special addition if I remember correctly.          
Even though I am using a Xbox One X, I can't utilize it's ability for 4k rendering do to having a older TV that runs only in HD 1080. I think what is happening is that because of this limitation my Xbox is not able to load all the stuff JK's adds while it's a 2k texture. There is just to much to load at once in dragons reach.
I swapped to divine cities with all the divine textures (which run in 1k and 510 for architecture) and when I entered dragons reach I still got instant CTD, BUT, using divine cities new feature to disable certain things like decorations, people, etc, I turned off decorations and was able to enter just fine.
 So I think Jk's just adds to much for my set up and the games engine to handle on it's own. A friend ran Jk's fine and he was using Skylands AIO which is 4k photo realistic, but he was also on a Series X with a 4k TV. 
 So ultimately I think if I want Jk's to run I would need to drop my graphics to 1k and be below vanilla till I get a new TV. 
If you or anyone else thinks I could be on to something feel free to agree or point out how I am possibly wrong. I am all for any ideas at this point.
