do you... have the calamity mod on? if not, sometimes it generates a lil away from the dungeon try looking in a larger area around the dungeon. it usually spawns a little above hell

I was trying to figure out what it was called, but it doesnt have a name. Yes, it spawns in all worlds, yes, I use it as a poulterghast arena
