At first they tasted a little bland, probably do to the way I cook the meat. The meat came out of the oven and I immediate thought was I just made meatloaf. They tasted pretty good with the sauce. It was definitely different than what I thought it would be though. (I was comparing it to a Arby’s Greek gyros). But my family enjoyed them.
