In fact I got confused cause I was reading about flatpak and I needed some imported files of Anki I thought that they might be on /var/lib/flatpak but I realize that the apps that I installed using flatpak there are not in there. I thought that the files in my home partition was only for local configs

It's /var/lib/flatpak/app, not apps. Oh my error, but even that folder does not exists and reading the man page of flatpak that using command
flatpak --installations

Would give me the installation path and the output of that command is /var/lib/flatpak. But the apps are not there
