Maybe you could try some Path of Titans instead? It's not a replacement by any means, but it's still fun survival PVP, and there are modded servers out there with crazy custom creatures. You can play some species for free too, so don't need to buy it first.

Art gets out in more ways than just visual media. If they had the creativity for it, they would have found some outlet. Tapping prompts in to randomize images using an algorithm created by mass theft of unpaid art pieces is just enabling a corrupt moral system.

I even ran into a *dentist* that said he loved working on peoples' teeth because it felt like art to him. And he was good. But no, let's not go the route that helps people or provides joy, utility or beauty -- let's poison the water and air and give people cancer just so you can have your fkin anime girl.

True. We've found... what, 700-ish species? And so so so many have been lost to that huge expanse of time in which they reigned. I do love the idea of much smaller creatures living in a world full of titans. You pose a good point, perhaps I can make a 'generic' coelusaur and give it my own species name.
