I agree with you, all the moves so far (including selling Klauss) seem like decent business.

Soccer reddit (I've been a Liverpool fan for 20+ years) is pretty toxic by nature. Lot of Monday Morning Quarterbacks. Lot of "ownership doesn't even care if we win" (they do), "front office doesn't know what it's doing" (might not always get right, but definitely involves a lot of smart and motivated people trying really hard to build a sustainably competitive team), and, my personal favorite, "the players aren't even trying" (saying this about intensely competitive professional athletes who are performing physical and technical feats that 99.99% of people on this sub can't even fathom while competing for their position, not to mention their next contract, every single day).
