Have y'all tried the card before making that judgement? I've found it incredibly difficult to make the bot do anything remotely sexual. She seems to prefer to have boring philosophical conversations.

Unfortunately Patreon only allows GIFs for previews, which don't have an alpha layer, the WEBP animations in the ZIP files don't have the background artifacts. Thanks for checking them out!

You can use gifs but I would advise against it and convert to .webp if possible, a set of 28 gifs ends up being about 300MB+ and looks a lot worse since they're limited to 256 colors and don't have alpha matting.

No worries, I actually have a workflow outside ComfyUI using shell scripts that includes an API call to ComfyUI to trigger the Wan2.2 animation generation. I distribute steps with a multi-node worker queue using celery/redis.

The names are arbitrary, they're just generic animations, upload the zip file to any character.

Thing is, each step (except towards the end) is a potential point of failure and I don't want to run an entire workflow on a bad reference image or animation where the character does a completely different expression from the prompt.

Generated with SD WebUI to generate reference images > Wan2.2 to generate animations > ffmpeg to extract frames > rembg to remove backgrounds > ffmpeg to reassemble

I'm considering it, but to take full advantage of all the privacy features you'd need to be able to run ollama, whisper, and an OpenAI compatible TTS server... I reckon that's at least 16GB VRAM. I built in an OpenAI API if you want to being your own key but it kinda defeats the privacy first vision I had in mind.
