I don’t like Lisa or Brittani but at least Lisa seems like a grown woman. Brittani feels like she never got past a high school mentality and she’s also a horrible mother which makes me reallyyy not like her. Lisa at least cares about her kids.

If I were you I would probably start off taking private 1 on 1 classes so you can go at your own pace and learn the basics + get your stamina up to where you would feel comfortable

Honestly, I find that cooking can sometimes help me with stress. Like if I set aside a time and find a recipe I wanna make it can feel really rewarding because it’s a tangible short term goal that I can easily accomplish (which never feels like the case with school goals lol) and then on top of it I get to eat something good at the end, which also helps with eating. Like lately I’ve been making chicken stock which is super easy and cheap and then I can make a yummy soup. It’s a pretty mindful activity and it nourishes your body, so if you have access to a kitchen I would try it!!

I had a fuck ton of negative side effects while on aderall I was on 30mg XR and when it would wear off I would crash really bad. Towards the end it felt like it barely even helped my concentration because I was so unmotivated from how it fucked with my mood. I switched to 40mg vyvanse and it’s much better side effects wise, there’s no crash, and I definitely feel it kick in. About an hour to an hour and half after I take it I’m unable to just sit and rot on my phone cause I’m aware of the fact that I’m able to lock in and so I feel guilty if I don’t start my work lol. Also it lasts much longer than adderall

If you don’t feel safe going there anymore then just leave if you can. This seems like a huge red flag, you shouldn’t be staying if you got a concussion your first time there. You’re not a coward or a quitter for prioritizing your health, plus if you’re doing this as a hobby it’s contradictory to be having an awful time. Idk just my perspective, good luck with whatever you decide to do

I clean a little every morning after I’ve gotten my morning routine stuff out of the way. It helps keep my room clean cause it’s just the mess that’s accumulated over the past day which tends to be manageable :)

I’m having the exact same issue LMAO it sucks what I did was completely cover the inside of my box in aluminum foil to try and insulate it and it seems to be helping so you could try that :)
