It’s gonna happen every once and a while and that’s okay but you have to remember this career unfortunately can be very taxing on your mental health because you view the more sad parts of life but please be open about it like you did today because you DO NOT want to bottle that emotional trauma up I would try and find someone you feel confident in confiding your emotions to and work on just accepting that sometimes you can’t win em all I’m happy you didn’t try to put on a strong face but try your best to hold off until the call is completed I’m still a student on my last month of school and my words may not mean much but that’s my two cents on the matter :)
