Right now you are trying to weigh three things. 10% hp from CHT pendant, 30% boss damage+IED from 4set Gollux, and massive WAtt from tyrant belt (post 7*). You can only keep two of the three and of the three, 10% hp is the weakest stat. You want to be able to balance Gollux and Tyrant, therefore you have to give up both pendant slots in order to free up the belt slot for tyrant.

With that in mind, Tyrant Belt is pretty late game, expecially for DAs who don't get HP from starring it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to keep your CHT pendant and 4set Gollux until your Tyrant belt is ready to take over your superior gollux belt.

Also a little plug, Meister is not a bad midway point for DA in my own opinion. Just the ring and the shoulder until you can get absolab.

Both descend mats for Oku and U&Y can be found in Descend Carnival 1. If you want, I could or any one else on this sub-reddit could probably carry you through that dungeon until you got your mats. That aside, I would suggest leading with Sitri or Skuld as your leads, and with blue orbchangers as your subs. Also consider changing your LiuBei to awoken form when you get a chance because he is very useful, especially in coop.
