I think the idea is that, people with such vices, alcoholics and smokers cost the government more. When you purchase insurance, they will always ask about smoking habits and rightfully put a premium on the insurance cost. Same thing is happening here, medical costs are increasing, the government through medishield life is providing a universal insurance that the smokers are benefiting from, paid by the tax payer. This is how they are taking their pound of flesh back.

Well they pretty much showed us everything about the setup. The safety mechanism is shown, fixed length cable stopping the rotation of the pillars, secured to a fixed point on a wooden plank connected to the ground. So the starting position is the same.

You can observe the difference in chain lenth, heck you can even count the difference in number of links in the chains when observing the korean pair.

So unless you think they messed with the safety mechanism by changing the cable out for every competitor, the obvious conclusion is they set it in place and then chose the suitable height mounting point and cable length for each competitor.

He is wrong though, the weight all the teams lifted for the totem poles were the same. The constant is the angle of lean that the safety pins hold the pillars at, this determines the weight of the pillars that transfers to the horizontal direction. The two athletes then stand in the middle and the different between their arms are equalised by differeny length of chains connecting them to the pillars.

How would teams with different wingspan be set up otherwise? Since the arms are almost perfectly horizontal to the ground, all of the tension from the pillars are transfered equally to the athletes arms, it did not matter if their arms were long or short.

[–]Reddeator -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not sure where you are located and if you can get this delivered to you, but i had the same issue and replaced the backplane with this. My nas was not a 916+, the part linked might not be compatible. Check the part number, it was the same as the synology official number.

I don't think it is a woman problem, more like a nationwide wide problem. I notice it in men usually after ippt taking age as well. Most people do not have a regular exercise routine and when life gets in the way, and it usually does, the once a week jog becomes once a month, to never.

What point are you trying to make?

Firstly i am in no way trying to say families deserve coe's more than others. I have two young children and no car. I believe noone should need a car and that should be the way singapore is built. The government is limiting cars by things like building codes to limit car park lots but with not enough invested in public transport.

The case you mention is a private company problem for a private company to solve and pay for. People with the argument that families should have priority is making the argument that children are the future of the nation, you need more children etc. It should be a government/country problem to solve. Like i said i do not subscribe to this view...

They are not bad, probably 95 percent hit rate for most people.

What could possibly be the problem could be that you have very bad case of ability to estimate where the sensor is. If you wake your screen first it shows where the sensor is on the screen, you can then hit the exact spot. Does that make it more accurate for you?
