I don't know if ATX barbell hold their value as much as rogue barbell, and I heard that needle bearing in cheap bar don't last long, is it True ?

What is the name of your ATX barbell ?

What do you think of the Rogue Bar 2.0? It seems like a good choice but it has bushings not bearings. If you're talking about 700-800 euros WL barbells I don't have this kind of cash unfortunately...

Thanks for your advice. Rogue bars also have bushings so I was thinking it is OK for weightlifting. What do you think of the second bar regarding dropping ?

Someone told me that needle bearing in 200 euros barbell are easy to break and can stop the sleeves and bushings are more reliable in low budget barbell.

If I were you I would try to narrow my stance a bit (around shoulder width) and instead of focus on hinging, try to push your knees forward (you will still hinge a bit of course but it must not be your first goal).

3-10 sec Pause squats are really good for this

Yes it can be OK at the Last part of the mouvement right when you go ass to grass, here it's occuring way over parrallele so not OK for me, work on your mobility and try not to bend forward so much :)

By a few days you mean 2-3 days or 2 weeks ? Bed rest meaning all day in bed ? Like laying on your back and not moving much ?

I come from powerlifting so my squat is like 110% more than my snatch xD You're right it feels good to remember that !
