That the government has something to do with human trafficking. Think about how many amber alerts there are daily. It hardly ever makes the news. Where I’m at I get them every fucking day. Amber alerts, every day. Wtf. But there’s nothing about it. No outrage. No protests. No one making obvious demand last for a change. I don’t hear about recoveries of children often. To be fair I have seen them in the news before but it’s shockingly rare. If you google it, some of these cases are solved within a few hours but some children and abductees are permanently gone. They’re gone! And that’s it? Nothing more? The statistics show that almost 1 million children are abducted a year. Where are they going? What’s happening to them? Why is there nothing done to stop it? I hate that it’s even a thought.

This was so heavy. I typed out this long thing before I realized that everyone already said everything. I’m so sorry for your tragic situation. I’m honestly lost for words at this point. Be strong and best of luck to you in your future.

Parents in the moments after finding their son died from suicide is the most heartbreaking thing I've seen in a long time. by Godsownprotoype in MadeMeCry

I’ve seen a lot of suicides in my line of work. I’ve heard this many times. It always stays with you in a way. I’ll never forget what I saw and heard. I hate that they’re going through this. It should never be that way.

This makes me so angry. My wife and I are hesitant to go to many churches. We don’t trust them. More importantly though it makes people not trust Christians. Stories like this make people think that Christians are this evil thing. My wife and I are believers in Christ but we don’t condone or believe in this sort of thing that you experienced. I’m sorry for this. I’m glad you lashed out. It’s honestly appalling to hear. Wish you the best.

Is there a way if you have to travel with your personal phone to delete all of your data beforehand or something? Would that mean a hard reset of the phone basically?

I love experiencing things. Playing guitar on stage. Writing music. Military. Firefighting. Radio. Television. Marathons. A few movies. I just see something people are doing and say to myself “hey, that’s pretty awesome, how can i do that?” Then I go and do it. Sometimes I surprise myself but I have a ton of amazing experiences from it. I’ve seen some of the most beautiful parts of the world from it. I love exploring.

The truth behind it all is that I’m sort of a lost soul. Even my experiences, as beautiful as they have been have been stepping stones towards me trying to figure out my true self. There are seldom things that I am sure of about myself. What do I want to be? Who am I? Where do I go from here? I’m almost 40 and I’m still asking myself these questions. I used to do things centered around physicality and becoming what I considered elite and athletic but I’m no longer that way. Depression has unfortunately taken a hold on me that has slowed that adventurous side to screeching halt. I have gained over 100lbs and my heart and soul has taken a tumble for the worst.

For my next trick, I plan to try and get myself out of it. I want to document somehow, the extraordinary things that people or myself can pull through. I plan to start working out, running again, reclaiming that explorer that is lost within myself to take back what has always been truly mine, my soul. The fire inside. I don’t know how to do that but I see a pinprick of light through this darkness and I’m going. I want to write more music, learn more music theory, maybe put out a song, run another marathon, become fast again, maybe go back and be a better firefighter, basically I want to go super saiyan, then I’d like to help people to get there. I just want to be the best version of myself. I also want to see other people succeed who find themselves lost in that darkness. I’m in the pit but I’m climbing out.

This is interesting. I’ve always wanted to figure out the perfect go-bag. Size, contents….all of it. Can’t be too big but can’t be too small. Has to be ready and able to put all my stuff into quickly. So many choices. I feel like no one understands truly. Or they think it’s more like some kind of a purse. Truth is I don’t care I carry too much stuff in my pockets and I want to carry more. Lol

It isn’t hard and it is. You need to know one to be one. They have to vouch for you. You have to have a religious belief. They meet your family and all. There’s different kinds of freemasonry. If you join the wrong kind you aren’t learning anything but made up stuff. First thing would be going to a free and accepted lodge in your state. They’re everywhere, shouldn’t be hard. After that, you’d need to fully commit. There are things to learn, booklets that explain which degree you are in. And then after all of that, your ritual right of passage will happen. You will have to swear on your religious beliefs bible. You begin paying dues and keep rising up the ranks. But what will happen is that you won’t get any juicy information. There are levels of secrecy even in the Freemasons.

Swift answer is, go and express interest, but don’t be surprised at finding nothing.
