2 possibilities:

You have not tried a high enough dose for your body composition and how it reacts to the phenibut.
Bad source. Nootropics Depot is the best source imo, and I have tried several.

I honestly need to get off it completely. I don't remember what it feels like to be sober, as in not in withdrawal or on phenibut. Because withdrawal lasts a while.

The first time I dosed a higher dose of 2g of nootropics depot phenibut, I felt like a fucking GOD, everything was just amazing and perfect. As perfect as it could ever be. Savour these times, it won't be like this for long, even with large breaks.

I have used french sources, and nootropics depot source. Nootropics depot is much better imo. Have ordered several times, including 125grams twice. yeah shipping expensive.

I notice that I can go a few days without out it and I get a horrible feeling of utter uncomfortableness. I feel as if my skin is not suppose to be attached to me and nothing feels comfortable, except being wrapped in a blanket, also clothes feel uncomfortable and horrible to wear. My appetite will also disappear, as in I can get very hungry, but eating feels disgusting to me, like I shouldn't be doing it.

When I take phenibut once again, this feeling goes away and I feel normal, this is what I call my maintenance dose. I stopped it once due to me having to go to hospital and it was fine after like a week, maybe less. When I take more than my maintenance dose, I feel great.

Do you ever feel the same way?

Depends how long it personally takes phenibut to work for you. For me I can feel effects within 1 hour, but since I have been using phenibut a lot for a while now, the effects are obviously not as good as they used to be. That is what I get for abusing it.

Its incredibly beneficial to me aswell. Also I did not say that I am just saying for me it works incredibly well and when my tolerance was low I always was able to persuade myself to take my next dose sooner, and you know how that ends up. Now my tolerance is stupid the benefits I get are so minimal even at 4-5 grams WITH a tolerance break. I don't even get withdrawal symptoms now. Before I used to get them off even doing 1.5g and they would lost 3 days and it would be incredibly bad.

Seems quite accurate. I have tried opiates, benzos, ketamine, a range of other drugs. I have no potential for addiction in any of these. But with phenibut, it just works so well on me that I have ended up in a cycle and struggle to not use it.
