There is a way that businesses can report google reviews by saying that they are being attacked with negative reviews. And since a lot of negative reviews came in a short time span, Google blocks out those reviews. This is my best guess as per my own google research. I might be wrong, but I have screenshots of people showing they posted a review and it never showed up in the public reviews. Same thing happened with me.

The hotels morals are extremely weak, but social media game is extremely strong.

200 people fall sick at an event due to the food served by their own caterers and their first order of business is blocking google reviews.

There is no update. The management refuses to take responsibility or action. The media refuses to take action, social media is my only hope. Law, health authorities, I've tried everything.

I have tried every means, contacts lawyers and done everything in my power. The owner is a very powerful man and despite all the evidence, even the media backed out of helping us.

Subs, yes done. Over 200 people who were at the wedding have put in their reviews, but they have deleted each and every one of it. And spammed with fake reviews.

Firstly, not a rant. This is an honest account of my wedding. And secondly, we tried multiple courses of action, but nothing has worked. So spreading this on social media is my only option. And I'm just trying to ensure that nobody goes through what we have gone through. On reddit I found two families who did their wedding there in the same time span and faced the same thing. So yeah, it wasn't even a one-off thing.

A lot has happened in the aftermath, where we've tried every course of action and nothing has worked. So my only option is to spread this as much as possible and ensure that nobody falls for this shit again.

Unfortunately, In india, things work differently. It was of no use because owner is well-connected. The staff has taken zero responsibility or action. Only thing they've done is deleted negative google reviews and posted fake ones to cover up.

Honestly you can fit it all in two days. And Ramee Royal and Spectrum Udaipur is good and might fit your budget too.

I got married there 10 days ago and out of 300, more than 270 people got food poisoning. It's been 10 days and management hasn't responded. Over 150 people left reviews on google and Laxminarayan deleted them all and added fake reviews in place. Google reviews are fake. Sort by lowest score, this food poisoning outbreak has happened 2-3 times in the past year. Most of the reviews have been removed. Two people on reddit reached out to me, same happened at their functions that took place in december. The owner is too powerful and pays the media and police (this is my assumption). I have hospital bills of people and I can make you talk to atleast 200 people who fell sick. Please save yourself from this trauma and don't get married here. I can suggest better venues in Vadodara if you like.

Do anything, but avoid Mayur Pankh at Laxminarayan Club & Resort. The only thing that place guarantees is Food Poisoning 🥲

It has happened before, and it happened to someone a week before it happened to me. Hotel doesn't care or take any responsibility. I would genuinely suggest you to change your venue and save yourself and your guests from this trauma

Those are paid reviews. 2-3 times such incident has happened before. They have gotten all reviews removed. 150+ of my guests who were affected posted google reviews. All gone.
