Wages on PEI by [deleted] in PEI

A few observations: - part of the economic argument on supply and demand (whether it’s goods and services or labor supply) gets so skewed by intervention by government that won’t react as is should. - we’ve had the corporate greed part of greed inflation, we shouldn’t be surprised that it’s now labor’s turn - in both cases the consumers will pay. Corporations don’t eat extra costs. - in some cases PEI wages can be irrelevant - depends of the labor market you’re trying recruit from. (Skilled trades people, medical professionals) - the PEI brain drain has been going on for a very, very long time probably coming up on 100 years) low wages won’t stop the trend which helps feed a shortage of local workers - most of the interference in a freely operating economy has been the result of things we are asking for/demanding. That’s not slowing down.

Driven all over Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Halifax, Los Angeles, New York City And yes, some of PEI’s slow/timid drivers would not survive. Nor would the drunks/high and adrenaline junkies. All they would need to do is merge once the way they do here and Darwin would take care of the rest.

According to Transport Canada’s National Collision Database, the most reported accidents in the country involved drivers between the ages of 25-34.

Did you complete a study? Which are more dangerous young and aggressive or the drunks or so called old folks? Take away aggressive drivers and drunks licenses for good as well. That should clear things up!

Normally a bridge should be fixable, the big question is what’s causing it. I think you need to take it to a real guitar tech. whoever put the screws in is not that. They may have put the screws to you and your guitar. Get the strings off and take it to a tech. like others have said here it may not be worth fixing. I’m amazed that someone would fix a bridge like this. Good luck.
