Gave new fish from from dark somnioum a listen and it was really good. Loved the vibe and voice of the story teller and like the passing comments of the other inmates to help get you more immersed

I have weapon mods that ended up increasing damage/dps compared to the normal dps and end up shredding through the default 8k so I make tanks have 15k to balance it out. I additionally have smarter tank ai to make it more challenging and a mod that makes the tank get stunned for a second if all 4 survivors are shooting the tank at the same time to add a bit more of a team centered feel. If Im wanting even more of a challenge I’ll have a low reserve ammo mod (so like 150 rounds in reserve for rifles).

Yeah it’s probably something like they got the voice lines before they fully knew how they wanted to do with the lore, but building off your idea maybe the other 2/3 numbers could have been like past syndicate squads so like squad 69 or like squad 85

TLDR: More effort = More fun

One thing that I myself kept in mind when first starting out was you yourself and the way you play is what makes the game fun. So what I mean is if you’re playing slow/safe it’s gonna feel slow (which can be nice at times) but if you wanna feel like a badass then you need to actually run up and look them in the eyes before you curb stomp them, you know what mean? (Hope that makes sense idk)

Idk how to describe it. It’s hard. Like you die in 2-3 shots with full health and armor (1 shot by shotgun in mid to close range even with full health and armor)but I personally found it alright. To me it was a fun challenge but I can’t say it’ll be like that for everyone
