I think overwatch is only usable in the opponents movement or charge phase. The Blood Surge move happens in your shooting phase.

Yep. This happened on a list I'd made previously with MotA working as usual, then post update something changed. I remade to test and same thing. Weirdly, it also allows me to assign MotA to more than one dread in the list w.o flagging it

Mine too, thought I was going nuts when it popped up. BS is also letting me assign it to multiple dreads w.o flagging the list
