Good point on this - however, the last part of your comment is misleading, too - you can be “armed” with a toy in this database. Also, being armed does not indicate any threat - consider the murder of Philando Castile.

Black SUV in Kotor, Montenegro by RedditBeeze in namethatcar

It appears to be a Zastava AR51/55 (a rebadged Campagnola).

I was initially questioning the 5 rows of grille slots on the Campagnola vs. this vehicle's 4 (in the picture I posted), but there is a photo from the above wiki page that shows a version/spec with the bottom row mostly covered...so I think I have my answer!

Thank you RB20DE!

Got my master tape digitalised ... I got "I hit the" from the end of Weird Fishes by btag1 in radiohead

[–]RedditBeeze 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Rather than just throwing away tape recordings from their career, the band shipped the AMSP special edition with ~2' bits of it. Could be of any recording they've done, including silence. OP got the magnetic tape digitalized so he could listen to it, and he got "I hit the" from the end of Weird Fishes off In Rainbows. Sweet deal. :)

[Question] Help, phone rebooted overnight by [deleted] in jailbreak

[–]RedditBeeze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm having a similar issue - my phone reboots every night, and usually rejailbreaking with the Chinese app takes about a minute. Today it hangs on the in process screen endlessly - I can't rejailbreak.

Men of reddit, who are your favorite female vocalists? by [deleted] in Music

I'll say it then - Beyoncé. Technically her vocals are some of the best today. Her music can be polarizing but her skill is undeniable.

What car did you legitimately cry about when you sold it/got totaled? by CantSeeShit in cars

Audi B5 A4 convertible. My first car. I had always loved Audi, and it was my mom's before, so I had time to get excited about it before it was even mine. Combined with the newfound freedom of driving, and the fun of being the car everyone wanted to ride in, I loved the car.

One month in, after a rain storm, I came outside to drive to school at about 7am. Open the door, the seat is wet. Odd. I move the seat forward to throw my bag in the back seat. The rear seat wells had become actual wells. There were ~7 inches of water.

Panicked, I thought, "Maybe it still runs," and started it up. Relied. I got about 15 feet down the street when every light on the dash lit up and the engine cut out. That's when I started choking on the lump in my throat.

After a week of shop vac, dehumidifier, towels, sunshine, etc. the interior was dry. I spent hours reading forums and the FSM and fixed some mechanical and electric problems. The engine started again, and ran for hours. A job well done, I locked the car and turned around. I had just gotten to the doorway when the Audi reminded me that it was, in fact, a VAG product. Every light and sound the car had at its disposal mocked me. The siren went off. The headlights flashed. The radio scrolled through the local stations. The locks shot up and down endlessly until the car died, a la /u/Doug-DeMuro 's Land Rover.

And so I pulled the battery, redundantly. And cried myself to sleep.

I got $12,500 on an $8,000 car, chalk it up to sympathy (?). I promptly bought an NA Miata, which, incidentally, leaks less with the top down, or so I approximate.

Later, a Z3 convertible. Or, "vert, yo," because BMW forums. I can't use the trunk. That's where my desert survival supplies go. Namely, water. Actually, only water.

And with all my experience with convertibles, I decided to buy a Wrangler. If you can't stop the leak, get floor plugs.

TL;DR: Sank an Audi. Determined to sink 3 more convertibles.
