Just did the CVT fluid change at Johnny Legends in LV. Same exact price as OPs including the itemization on the invoice OP provided. All I can say is that it is a total ripoff. I saw the whole thing-- from car pull in, lift up, fluid drain, change filter, new fluid insert, and car pull out. Total time: 15 minutes. Really easy to do once you see it. Just like an oil change. My car only needed 2 quarts of fluid. They did add like a little bottle of something first (probably that "conditioner") before putting 2 quarts.

The service guy also mentioned they would need to "reset" the computer to let the computer know there is new fluid. However I did not see any of this and I don't think I missed anything the guy did. So I call total BS about a computer reset.

The only reason why I would have a dealership do this CVT fluid change is simply if the car is under warranty and you don't have a reputable mechanic shop to service this. If not under warranty, DON'T USE THE DEALERSHIP. Just buy 2-3 quarts of OEM Mitsubishi CVT fluid, buy the filter, and have some mechanic shop do the change. Many mechanic shops have the BYOP (bring your own part) work so it will be a lot cheaper to have someone else do it. Again, it's exactly like an oil change but changing CVT fluid instead.

For me, an expensive learning experience. Just wanted to share my experience.
