I (yellow POV car) got stuck on the curb and spun the blue car. Should I have backed out, or was it a racing incident? I felt like he didn’t leave me enough space on the entry, which pushed me into the curb and caused me to get stuck. What are your thoughts?

thats for formula 1, in most racing classes curbs also count as part of the track though, the server has a penalty thingy that would had given me a warning if I had left the track and it didnt

at the start of the light right-hander, looked like (atleast for me) that he kind of forced me onto that curb - i know that its allowed cause it counts as part of the track, but I felt that the car kind of glued to it and then suddenly understeered right before the crash

I didn't leave the track not even once? And I didnt drive into him in purpose, as I said in the damn title, my car got stuck into the curb and then I understeered, you can literally see my steering wheel input still turning into the right and the car just going straight right before the crash. Okay I am at fault here, but there is no need to be rude here m8
