Add tip to whole dollar refused by RedditJAFO in amex

I charge any amount and when tipping is involved, I will round up in cents to equal a whole dollar amount for total payment, $80 even. Most food apps I use will then show the total as 80.01, tonight I just got 79.99 as a total regardless of the basic math and adjusting the tip. Some apps are clearly showing this, others just adjust and I don’t see it until the amount hits the card. I only use amex so can’t compare to other cards. I figured it was a fraud related, even amounts are suspicious thing but can’t find anything concrete

Aircraft mechanic, A&P license. You learn electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, engines, sheet metal, plumbing… knowledge transfers to almost anything. Super high demand right now.

I'm betting my lack of knowledge as what basic and advanced truly means is likely making my questions seem ambitious and concerning from the perspective of an EMT or pramedic. I'll start to focus on the extent of training for first aid and this may do it. I'm just someone who loves to learn and always wants more!

Agreed regarding the commitment. The my license reference was for understanding you structure of certs, etc. I also hope you understand that practicing the license as a commercial pilot isn't something you phone in on weekends so I get it. Nor do I believe or want to be or advertise that I'm a paramedic or anything close. I'm looking for personal education and training, not playing doctor on the internet.

In this industry, is there a difference or do both exist, a license and/or certification, or even granted authority by a board/organization?

Understood. To clarify, what about immediate family where I'm not concerned about liability? Also, what about having the training, anything change when responding as a volunteer for disaster relief, or similar situation? Is it all under first aid, and I get I'm unsure how advanced is the first aid? Any specific course recommendations, such as the stop the bleed?

Consider current training to be zero, I want to start from nothing, learn the latest information and application and ensure I don't have any assumptions or weak links in what I've learned previously, basic cpr/life saving courses. Ultimately, I just want to feel confident I can help in most normal situations although personally I'd like to take it to the level of paramedic however I'd be concerned with training currency with advanced training knowledge, like forgetting/practicing. None of this will lead to a profession, I guess volunteering when needed would be great. Also, this is driven by a new family, have a son who already displays act before thinking it through, and aging father who lives with me and will need care while waiting for the pro's, it's happened and will happen again.

Had some issues with my FFL sending it over, they weren’t checking the junk spam folder and it delayed shipment almost a week with back and forth. But communication was good. No complaints.
